I ordered a Samsung S22 from Dimprice at £200 cheaper than any other retailer - something I would not normally do but given the price of new mobiles, I thought it worth a go. The tracking is terrible - they use a budget company to arrange UK deliveries. I saw these reviews and started to get worried. However - the customer service agent responded straight away and the phone arrived ~8 days later. It is certainly brand new and functions fine. If you're going to order at such a huge discount you should expect an element of risk is involved - the delivery is going to take a bit longer and returns are not going to be like ordering from a UK company. You get what you pay for. Having said all that, it worked out fine for me.
