Exactly the same as previous customer...quote...“Purchased a Samsung galaxy Tab 7, the screen failed, called Samsung UK to fix under warranty and they informed me dimprice have sold me a product that has no warranty with Samsung UK as it has been imported. dimprice are not authorised by Samsung to sell their products.
Avoid dimprice at all costs they are a scam company......cant get through to customer service...wont even contemplate anything after 28 day refund period....DO NOT BUY FROM DIMPRICE...
