5th time I ordered from dino deck with things gradually declining. My recent order arrived with a lot of damaged materials. The driver had said he reported the damage back to the office. I followed this up with emails and provided photos. I was told that they wanted more photos so sent more. This went on for so long the customer changed their mind on what they wanted ( at my cost ) I’ve still not had any refund/ or replacement materials sent out and have a load of damaged boards/spindles etc.
