“Various issues after 2 years. First, one of the boards has split. They have also all discoloured, seem to attract dirt and moss and require regular cleaning. The hollow support boards they supply are useless - they will not hold a screw unless you get it right in the centre. And the screws are of poor quality too. So the boards are only loosely attached to the supports. As a result the boards expand in the sun, leaving half inch gaps between their ends. Ihave to tap them back into position. Should have built a timber frame so the screws can be properly tightened. I would like to relay them in shorter runs the other way round but would need to buy a few more boards to do this. Sadly I cannot do so because worst of all, their delivery charges run into the hundreds of pounds. Ludicrous. My advice is build timber frame using treated wood, buy locally, and use your own screws and do not buy this product from this firm”

Order was delvered on a date decided by Dino Decking. Spent over £3,000.
Dino Decking inspected my drawings and confirmed the items required for my project.
Once completed I had 2 full Decking Ballastrads left over.
Dino decking did not want to know and quoted the legal minimum of 28 day returns.
I was 11 days over this due to early delivery before I was ready and a broken ancle.
Left feeling angry and wishing I had used Neo Timber.
It was a toss up between the two companies but I chose wrong.”
“We ordered decking for like £1300, the delivery driver came delivered everything but mistakenly swap screws. We received someone else screws, when we noticed after 15 min and contact the driver, he said he is not able to come back and they send to us the screws by DPD next day. We were a bit disappointed and angry because my husband took day off and wanted to start doing it, but he couldn’t because of driver being lazy to come back.
We called customer service and the lady on the phone contacted driver, I thought she can do anything but she didn’t do it, she said the same what driver said to us.
After when we received next day afternoon, we just check the quality of the screws and decking, which I do not recommend to anyone. Cheap material”
“5th time I ordered from dino deck with things gradually declining. My recent order arrived with a lot of damaged materials. The driver had said he reported the damage back to the office. I followed this up with emails and provided photos. I was told that they wanted more photos so sent more. This went on for so long the customer changed their mind on what they wanted ( at my cost ) I’ve still not had any refund/ or replacement materials sent out and have a load of damaged boards/spindles etc.”
“So far, so good. I ordered them on Monday and they arrived on Tuesday. Steve the deliverer couldn’t have been more helpful.
I will give another review after they’ve been down for a while.

“I would strongly avoid dino decking like the plague. My boards have also split and warped after just over a year after installing.
I raised the issue with them a month ago and it has still not been resolved. Do not buy from them, you will regret it.”
“Hello. I am very disappointed with this company. I ordered boards that were delivered 8 days ago. 18 boards out of 22 are damaged. This company does not protect items in any way during transport with their own vans and they rub against each other. I can't get my money back because the boards are still in front of my house. I have contacted them several times but unfortunately to no avail. I do not recommend this company. I lost 2 days of work due to a lack of boards and I can't get my money back. Embarrassing”
“Boards initially looked great but after a few months began cracking and splitting. Now they have turned green after 4months. Not built to last and cheap rubbish! Company stated it was a fitment issue and sent 4 replacement boards after months of emails fobbing us off!”

They took payment from me and then told me on the morning of delivery the clips are not in stock whilst sending everything else, then went on to tell me that they didn't know when they will be back in stock, misleading and waste of time, the quality of the decking is also poor.”

Decking has split and faded and warped since fitting and they do not honour their warranty despite huge amounts of photographic evidence and asking them to do a site visit. Not interested in helping - happy to leave customers unhappy and having to replace their product.
Decking looked good for first 6-9 months until it had been exposed to the elements. This product is not water resistant and the warranty not worth the paper it's written on.
Avoid at all costs.”
“I rarely leave reviews and it usually takes me a lot to be brought to this point. This review is only regarding the level of customer service as goods were not delivered yet.
And this is the reason for the review. I have been chasing this company for the last three days for an update on the delivery. I have receive a confirmation email stating goods will be delivered by the 9th. I was told on each occasion they cannot advise on the delivery date but kept referring to the email received and that update will follow. Only to find out today goods will be delivered 3 days later. Had tradesman booked for the day and now obvious I am out of pocket for working day spent with no goods.
The attitude of these people after taking your money is, deal with it, we have your cash. Don't care, don't know, not my problem. I am also having second thoughts after reading some of the products reviews here. Please look at all the negative reviews before buying.”
“All about the sell with this company… I ordered £2000 plus of composite boards, 6 split after 12 months and customers services claimed incorrect installation. Stated butt connections should be 8-15mm apart… which just indicates how much movement their product is likely to adjust during the seasons… they sent six replacement boards after countless too and fro of emails. The boards sent were very different in colour they claimed it’s due to fade of the original boards… after only 1 year again another statement about the product. I am certainly not a promoter of Dino decking, let down at every interaction. Shop elsewhere.”
