All was fine but.....
I placed an order for a flashlight. It was confirmed and my Visa was charged. Then you cancelled the order for appaarent security reasons, later found to be unfounded. My Visa account was refunded.
The problem is that I am out about $7 because the credit was for less than the original charge. That is because Visa like to make money.
I spoke to your helpful agent and I placed the order again, along with another item, and all was fine.
But I am out $7, thanks to your unnecessary cancellation.
