“Bought a Mares Nemo wide battery door and it doesn't even come with an o-ring didn't even mention it in description that had to buy o-ring separate. O-ring should be part of the replacement door”

We want to clarify that the battery door is sold by the manufacturer without an o-ring. The product title and picture on our website accurately reflect what is included in the purchase, which is just the battery door itself. If there were additional items, such as an o-ring or battery, they would be specified in the title and shown in the picture. “I know it wasn't your fault but I ordered my itaca cressi snorkel priority mail, with plenty of time to get it and it isn't going to make it to my house in time for my trip to Costa Rica, as the local post office has sent it to the wrong post office twice. So bummed!!!”
