“Excellent customer service and prices. My order got hung up for a week because of a technical difficulty (an issue with an advertised coupon code left the order in limbo for some reason), but after Facebook messaging customer service they were able to resolve it quickly, and the new mask arrived shortly thereafter. I would do business with these guys again - highly recommended, despite the minor issue.”

“I notice that Amazon shipped my order from different locations. The boxes that the lights were in wore tore and parts were out rolling around in the shipping boxes. Thats 2 lights , 2 separate boxes. Still waiting on 3rd box.. Amazon made you look bad.”

“Took the training class to become certified in buffalo, chris and tom were very thorough and made sure you knew everything you needed to know to be the best diver you can be no matter what situation you are in. Extremely well run program had a great time, highly recommend dip n dive for any scuba diving experiences!”

“I bought these masks to try for our 30th wedding anniversary on March 23rd. I have not had a chance to reach out but we were very disappointed. We are experienced snorkelers and we have some dive experience. Maybe we were to advanced for this type of product. I found it to be cumbersome and difficult to get on and off in the water. All n all we wore them 2 x and then called it quits. They kept wanting to fog and I almost felt claustrophobic. I still have the tags attached to the bag and clear plastic stickers on the front that they came with. I feel like this was a wasted purchase. The dive shops were not in support of this product either. Is there any way to get a credit if I send them back??”
