Somehow the website extracted an address from my clipboard that had nothing to do with my order, and instead of coming to me, it went to a contact in Illinois. Very annoying.

Sent email immediately after ordering when I realized I ordered the wrong color.. asked if someone could contact me before sending out so I could change color… NO RESPONSE AT ALL… you then sent out 3 days later.

Worst company ever!!! Bought a boat scuba pro jacket with them and because it was small I sent back to the address that was in my box . Called them to let them know and they said that I sent to the wrong address and that they can’t do anything about it!!! I work so hard for my money and to see that they careless for the costumer is so disgusting

I purchased insoles for my cressi freedive fins. I trimmed them EXACTLY as instructed and they turned out too small and sloppy. I couldn't use them. DIPNDIVE offered no help. They weren't even sympathetic. Said they wouldn't replace them.

I ordered dive pages with lots of narrative area. What I received (with same code number) was completely different. Apparently the photo of the item had not been updated. I'm still waiting to receive the return label. There was not another item that I could see. Just the outside package was shown. I will look for another vendor. Thank you.

I ordered a mask and paid for expedited shipping and it was shipped ground... why are you asking for additional payment if you're not going to do it?

The vest was too small (size 4) so I’ve been waiting for a return label as instructed by the DipnDive shop. I requested this 19 August. Provide correct instructions on returns/exchanges. Thank you.

QC is lacking. Ordered a size 10 and you shipped a size 4. Messed up my diving plans. Returns was easy enough.

I bought these masks to try for our 30th wedding anniversary on March 23rd. I have not had a chance to reach out but we were very disappointed. We are experienced snorkelers and we have some dive experience. Maybe we were to advanced for this type of product. I found it to be cumbersome and difficult to get on and off in the water. All n all we wore them 2 x and then called it quits. They kept wanting to fog and I almost felt claustrophobic. I still have the tags attached to the bag and clear plastic stickers on the front that they came with. I feel like this was a wasted purchase. The dive shops were not in support of this product either. Is there any way to get a credit if I send them back??

I ordered 3 sets of Aqualung Power Bands for my Slingshot fins. I only received 1 set and was charged $57.00. Each set was $19.00. I am very unsatisfied and will continue to dispute this until a satisfactory resolution has been reached.

I have received no email confirmation of my order and no anticipated delivery date. The PayPal function on the site was not working. So far, it has not been a great experience.
