“I purchased insoles for my cressi freedive fins. I trimmed them EXACTLY as instructed and they turned out too small and sloppy. I couldn't use them. DIPNDIVE offered no help. They weren't even sympathetic. Said they wouldn't replace them.”

“I can't say enough good things about the customer service here. Last month I made and paid for a rush order that did not arrive in time for my trip (and after the delivery window I had paid quite a bit extra for.). When I contacted the store upon my return they immediately refunded the shipping charge and sent me a return label. The paper work was simple, the conversations with the store cordial, and I only wish they were neart my house on the West Coast because they'd have a customer for life. Thank you guys for making a potentially fraught experience painless and easy.”

“Ran into an issue with the product not being exactly what I purchased. Turns out the website had the wrong picture of the product. I contacted DipnDive and discussed it with Boris and he straightened everything out for me. Excellent customer service at a time when most companies have no idea what good customer service is. This is how you make customers for life. I will continue purchasing my dive gear through DipnDive thanks to Boris and his team. Thank you for making me a believer and I can’t wait to use my MK2i dive computer in Belize.”

“I ordered dive pages with lots of narrative area. What I received (with same code number) was completely different. Apparently the photo of the item had not been updated. I'm still waiting to receive the return label. There was not another item that I could see. Just the outside package was shown. I will look for another vendor. Thank you.”
