Prior to purchasing online I was able to chat with a representative which was great. Plenty of choice and great value for money.
The items ordered arrived on time and am happy with my purchases.
Unfortunately one of the items arrived damage which appears to have been the fault of the courier and not Direct4Baby.
Would recommend!
