I purchased the 11 piece Silver Cross Pioneer Travel system Onyx bundle which arrived promptly. It arrived in 3 stages (I didn't know that would be the case) so when I called the customer services that some of the parts were missing, they were extremely helpful and explained where the other parts were and gave me dates of my next two deliveries.
Full credit to customer services, the people I spoke with were highly efficient.
