When my order was going to be delayed due to the suppliers fault may I add, direct 4 Baby were very prompt to let me know, they kepted me informed and promised I would have my order within a few weeks. I'm glad to say its on its way and out for delivery this week. I would highly recommend this company not only for the customer care but as they stock all the leading manufacturers. I will definately shop with them again.
