Ordered grey and pink booster seat and it came in wrong colour. I was sent free label to return but couldn't for reasons of my own. Seller kindly refunded 50% for the mistake. Overall very kind staff and resolved issue immediately. I would purchase from here again as if there is a problem they swiftly resolve it.
