Warning, long post: Honestly I found this seat far harder to fit than my previous Cybex however, once I managed it, I’m really pleased with how secure it is, how little it rocks from side to side (in comparison to the Cybex) and how good it looks. Have yet to sit my boy in it but perhaps I shall return to edit this review with my thoughts. Not sure if this is the place for a review of the company but... I was initially prepared to roast this company in any review HOWEVER they have subsequently completely blown my out of the water with their professionalism and customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in future or recommend to a friend. I started by ordering the wrong seat, only realising when I opened my product. Had to send it back, at my own expense but, it was my mistake so I thought that was fair enough. I ordered again and paid for express delivery but after 3 days of not hearing from them, I wrote to cancel my order and request a full refund. Well. Not only did I get what I requested, but because of various mix ups and their superb customer service, I was offered a replacement seat, free of charge. Yes. Free. Of. Charge. You just can’t fault that level of customer care. The wind was out of my sails and I’m a loyal customer for the future - I have twins so plenty of custom to send their way! If you’ve made it this far, I commend your endurance. I hope I’ve provided a worthwhile review for you.
