Ordered a pram bundle on a Wednesday. Had not heard about delivery by the following Wednesday so rang the customer service first thing Thursday morning. The lady who answered the phone said she would look into it and call me back later on that day, which she did and said that the order was now ready to be shipped and because of the delay I would get it the following day. Less than 24 hours after enquiry I had my order. excellent service and very good fast delivery of all 3 parcels.
