Ordered the egg2 bundle in Jurassic Grey yesterday evening Sunday 27.06.21. I sent a quick email to the enquires email to check how long delivery may take of the items, I sent an email around 08.30pm within minutes I had a reply from a lovely very helpful lady called Abigail who apologised Egg were having some shipping issues and the delivery should to their warehouse this week or early next week, I was very happy with the quick reply and information I was given. I then received an email this morning Monday 28.06.21 to say my items are been processed in the warehouse and shipped so my delivery will come tomorrow Tuesday 29.06.21 which I am delighted with. Brilliant efficient service all around. I am very excited to see the pushchair when it arrives. I would defiantly order from direct4baby again and the customer service was unfaultable.
