I have had a fantastic experience with direct4baby. I initially was really impressed that we could buy the egg2 pram bundle with a different car seat. We preferred the Cybex car seat and the flexibility to be able to add this is something that is not available in a lot of other retailers! I went to view the products at a different store and they said there were huge delays with egg2 products so I immediately came home and emailed direct4baby to see when the next order was expected. They emailed back within 20 minutes on a Saturday afternoon - amazing service! They confirmed they did not have any delays. I ordered the products 26/6 and they have arrived today 5/7 and I could not be happier with them. When ordering I had an issue with a discount code not working - they emailed a bespoke link within 10 minutes! The backpack which is part of the bundle has not arrived with the rest of the order I emailed and again a response within 10 minutes confirming it is on it's way!
