Customer service from Nicky was exceptional - she made us feel extremely welcome and went above and beyond to make sure she answered all our questions and diminished any concerns we had. Even making us a hot drink when we arrived. We could not recommend Direct 4 Baby enough and we most definitely will be returning to purchase different products.
