We went to your aintree store think it was helen and Nicki the customer service was outstanding the colour pram we wanted wasn’t in stock but there no stock of it anywhere then we were thinking of another pram It was available in your ormskirk store we walked out and decided that the we would go for 1st pram but in a different colour cause they customer service was that good we didn’t want to go anywhere else they demonstrated how to use the pram ect was realy helpful and lovely we will definitely be using you again and told all our friends zadie was very happy with her new buggy in Blackpool and it’s all thanks to your brilliant customer service Many thanks Rebecca karl ava & zadie ❤️❤️
