We booked an appointment to look at prams for our first baby. Nicky could not have been more pleasant and helpful. She was so knowledgeable and so lovely- she really made our whole experience so special. We bought our pram along with a lot of other baby items as the prices were so competitive and we felt so at ease with Nicky. Highly recommend. Thank you so much!
