I waited for 4 months for my full order to be completed, then my order come and surprise, it was not completed and one of the products was different then described but anyhow I was happy to receive it, at least as I was almost to give birth. Unfortunately they forgot to send the baby bag for the pushchair. I was totally disappointed and wanted to return all the products as the customer service was really bad at communication. Me and my partner needed to chase them up for almost 1 month to receive the full bundle that we ordered. At the end they apologised and offered additional support. They have really great offers and deals, and the products are at the top quality but if you'r planning to buy from them, try to plan it ahead as it takes time to receive the products and be patient as you need to chase up your purchase.
