There was no communication on the delay of the car seat and we had to ring customer services on several occasions to chase up a delivery date. The website did not say there was a delay and suggested all products would be shipped within 1-3 working days. The delay ended up being nearly 4 weeks and, had we not contacted direct4baby ourselves, we would not have been notified.
