Placed an order for a buggy, the could not specify when delivery would be they just kept saying it will be mid December and they would call us once the item was in, we had no contact from them what so ever, we had to call them and chase them mid way through the month again still no date, when we called again towards the end of the month they said they had emailed and tried to call (no email got sent through) and we did not receive and calls.
The product is great however the customer service and communication is quite poor.
