Made an order for a car seat that appeared to be in stock. Delayed for a long time with no communication at all. I had to contact them. Was told it was out of stock & Iād receive it in 2 weeks. Then out of the blue it arrived with less than 24 hrs notice (5 days after it being told it would take 2 weeks at least) meaning we had to cancel our Christmas Eve plans to be home to receive it. I left the same review as I am doing now. I then received begging emails asking me to delete the poor review because they were sorry. I then went & had a look at their other reviews. Almost exactly the same thing happened to multiple other customers, whose reviews were not deleted. I then realised they had deleted my review. So here I am, back again, telling the truth again. Be sorry. Great. Thank you for the apology. Being accountable & owning your many mistakes comes next. Delete this & I will write it again. š
