Placed my order 30-11-21 for a carrycot. I never received any delivery information after a while I chased up my order to be told the that the store was waiting for delivery from the supplier expected in 7-10 days. Waited and waited. Chased it up again to be told the item is now discontinued. Had I not chased it up I doubt I'd have been informed. I was offered a replacement told to expect delivery 24-12-21 no surprise when it never arrived. Its been over 4 weeks now since the original order and I've now had my baby and am without a carrycot. The company are aware of this as I've made it clear in my emails but they now seem to not be responding. Contacted trading standards at this point as I'm at a loss with money and no carrycot after ordering something which showed as in stock! Very quick to take your money and leave you without a product that is essential for a baby! Very unprofessional and morally wrong. However I have since received the replacement carrycot and a £30 refund thanks to Joanne who was very keen to resolve my original complaint. I am very pleased with the carrycot
