Arrived at the shop and first impressions are wow! Nicky greeted us with a smile and offered us a variety of drinks they have. We was left to wonder for a short time till Nicky came over and gave us support and advice on different prams they have. We were able to trail them out in the shop which helps a lot. Nicky then demonstrated throughly different car seats which we could use on a pram we liked and even checked what fittings we have in the car for a car seat. She was very helpful and knowledgeable on everything, thank you very much Nicky x
