We went to direct 4 baby with a idea of what we wanted, from the minute we walked in we were made to feel comfortable and nothing was too much. Nicky helped with any questions we had (which there was alot) and helped us chose the right travel system for us. The customer service we received was amazing compared to other big retail stores.
