I had a lovely experience at this store today in Aintree. The staff where so welcoming and attentive. Nicky, a member of the team really helped us decide on a pram and car seat. The information she gave us about the car seat was outstanding and she gave us a run through of how it works and showed us the safety measures. She also looked at our car and checked the park would fit and explained how the car seat would go in. A service to go through and fit the car seat was also offered. It has a lovely seating area with refreshments at no extra cost. It was so relaxing and nothing felt pressured. I will be definitely be coming back again. Thank you for a great experience. It was lovely to see and test products on show.
