I just love my experience at this store. I have been to direct 4 baby many times. Every time is a delightful experience.
We returned on Saturday for a new car seat. We were greeted by the fabulous Nicky. Nicky knows us so well and always goes the extra mile. After hugs and a coffee we looked at car seats. Within 20minutes we had the perfect seat. It was fitted for us and we even got a price match so it was cheaper!!! Amazing service, amazing products. Cannot wait to go again. Thank you Nicky for always making our experience so lovely.
