Friendly and helpful customer service, Olivia was very patient and nothing was too much trouble, we left with everything we wanted and even had a car seat demo in my car. We have ordered our pram and car seat and they have offered to hold them in the warehouse until we need them nearer the time. Would highly recommend :)
