I ordered a Kiddy car seat and the colour I ordered was found to be damaged at the time of dispatch. Unfortunately, it was the last one in the colour I had ordered. But David was very quick to get touch and offered an alternative colour, on next day delivery, with a £20 refund for the inconvience. The customer service was excellent and I received the alternative coloured car seat the next day.
