Having been let down by another company, I phoned Direct 4 Baby with an urgent last minute order. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful and went out of his way to check the product was in stock and ensure it was dispatched straight away. I was very surprised and pleased when it arrived the next day at no extra cost. First class service! I will definitely buy from this company again and recommend to others.
