There are so many companies for baby products to choose from but this one should be EVERYONES first choice. Their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL, amongst if not, the best I've ever encountered. The website is easy to use,the delivery is speedy,any problems are smoothed out by the amazing polite friendly staff almost immediately. I honestly cannot rate them highly enough and wholly recommend them to everyone. I live very close to London and the big stores where I could have purchased my item but saw Direct4Baby online and am so happy I chose them instead - as I will for any future items. Fabulous company,fabulous staff,an all round winner.
