I ordered my grandsons high hair panicking I left it to the last minute ordering , I was pleasantly surprised my order come the next day and was emailed every step of the way about the delivery and lots of options were offered if I wasn’t going to be in definitely will be buying all out baby stuff from this company highly recommend
