It was very easy to order on line and the staff on the phone were very helpful before we placed the order. One problem with the order was that I didn't receive an order delivery note copy in my parcel and one of the items was out of stock and I had to phone up to check where it was, I still havn't received this item yet, so that's a little disappointing.
