The website was very easy to use and understand. The pushchair I wanted was £50 cheaper on this site than on others. The other negative was that I paid for express delivery which I didn’t receive. When I emailed an enquiry about my order arrival time, a member of the team replied very quickly and found my order was supposed to be shipped the day before but the van had been full. He was very apologetic and had my order shipped that day. He offered to include some free gifts as a good will gesture which didn’t arrive with my order but could come separately tomorrow maybe 🤷🏼‍♀️
