Can't fault Direct 4 Baby Ltd. We ordered our Egg pram bundle before the lockdown and I was getting concerned that we wouldn't have it all before the babys arrival. I messaged on instagram and received responses very quickly which you don't usually find with Instagram. I was then contacted by Jay who was lovely and kept me up to date with deliveries etc. I have my delivery now and I am very happy with my choice or pram! I was wary about going to a baby store I didn't know or had heard of as some companies can be quite pushy with sales and condescending but the staff here weren't at all. Thank you.
