Easy to order and quick to arrive, however one of the items has been discontinued and I was sent a new version of it without being warned that would happen. I think more care has to be put on what is advertised as in stock and if there is a change, the customer needs to be aware before the order is dispatched and given a choice as to whether they want to proceed. It's what other websites do and makes it feel like a much better customer service and overall shopping experience.
