Amazing service! Ordered a travel system in June which was on pre-order to arrive at the end of July. I telephoned them to check what date it was likely to arrive to be told that it was delayed until the end of August. I was really worried as my daughter was already over her due date by a few days. They lovely lady on the phone discussed it with her manager and was able to arrange for it to be delivered the following week! She arranged for the car seat to be dispatched immediately so that at least we could get the baby home from hospital and actually the rest of the travel system arrived by the end of that week. So pleased! Would definitely use Direct 4 Baby in future. Thank you so much!
