Ordering was really quick and straightforward. I received a “despatched” email within 15 minutes of me placing my order - order placed late on Tuesday afternoon and I received it on Thursday morning before 10 am. I had to ring Customer Service before placing my order, and found them to be knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
