Very helpful service. After ordering samples I received a phone call from Jo asking if I could confirm when the samples arrived and enquiring if further help was needed. I changed my plans which meant that I didn’t need the fabric after all and but the initial service was very good. Jo called a second time to check if everything had arrived, she has a pleasant non- pushy manner.
