I tried to cancel my ferry ahead of scheduled departure using their website. The interface let me think, as per usual - that it was cancelled - however I later found out that they sent an email needing a double confirmation for the cancellation - and thus it never got cancelled.
I contacted customer service - who responded 2.5 months later. Basically saying they were not going to refund anything.
Avoid.
