Don’t use direct ferries. They scam you. They won’t provide a refund and give you a runaround. There is no contact number available and the help message link is unhelpful. Stay away!

Will not be using Direct Ferries for any future travel plans. There is no method for speaking to a real person when dealing with customer service issues. Due to Hurricane Milton I needed to cancel my vacation plans. ALL other hotels/airlines cancelled and refunded my tickets. Direct Ferries is proving to be unreachable.

Do not use this company. I tried to cancel and rebook a crossing and they did not honour my change. I have not been refunded. Book directly instead. In this case, Corsica Ferries. Direct Ferries are criminal. Their setup is organised as such not to aid the customer and have appalling communication. 2024 UK customer

I wish I’d read the reviews before booking with Direct ferries. My trip for 6 people was cancelled due to bad weather. It’s impossible to contact them for a refund. No customer service, just a ‘ chat’ line. I’ve sent several emails. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Avoid at all costs. Not ABTA registered. I have sent over 50 emails and had 8 replies. All responses are inaccurate and they don’t seem to understand English. I’ve lost £300 now and precious time.

This company deserves less than a star for their terrible service. I do not recommend to anyone looking for a good ferry experience. Their customer service is even worse. They have such incompetent staff like Denise and "his manager". I've lost out on so much because of their lack of inefficiency and running of a terrible service. Don't say I didn't warn you guys. What a scam!!!

Would highly recommend against using this company. We paid $88 Cdn for a sailing in Oct, which included an $11 Cancel For Any Reason option. We had to cancel our sailing shortly after booking it and received a refund of $67 Cdn. We were then informed that they do not refund certain fees, of which we would have seen if we read the terms and conditions on their website. Nowhere on my receipt, or email acknowledgement, was this mentioned. Direct Ferries will retain approx 25% of your ticket cost if you cancel, even if you pay extra for a cancel anytime option.

As with other countess reviews vocalising their concerns with how they operate, in particularly when there are issues with bookings and their service. I have experienced the same. My mistake for not checking customer reviews/experiences before booking Always go directly with the ferry company

NEVER NEVER AGAIN ! FERRY DIRECT IS THE WORST AGENT I HAVE EVER DEAL WITH.LOST MONEY ,CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NIGHTMARE ,ANSWERING REQUEATS TAKING AGES AND NOT SOLVING A PROBLEM .I HAD TO BUY NEW TICKET VIA OTHER FERRY COMPANY .STRESS THEY SERVE ME IN MAJOR.I AM IN TOUCH WIT MY SOLICITOR ,WILL BE CLAMING MONEY BACK TOGETHER WITH RECOMPENSATION FOR ALL I WENT TROUHG

We book a trip to Corsica via Direct Ferries. In the booking it states that we booked 4 beds, but we had to sleep on the floor and chairs as there were no cabins available. Apparently, this was the same for our return trip. So I treed to rebook this to another ferry. But Diect Ferries were too slow to arrange this as they can only be reached via (AI bot) chat function, and while waiting my refund payment declined to almost zero. I recommend everybody to check your best trip and book your trip directly with the operator. Much better service, fair treatment and less expensive

I have tried several times via chat, several times via email and several times online to amend my booking through direct ferries. All to no avail. Your customer service is beyond poor and response times interminable. I have paid £185.00 and an added £72 amendment fee (for the WRONG amendment) not to mention our last booking for a ferry sailing with you was unsuccessful also. Terrible service. Terrible company. And still no one cares to respond.

The directions on app is not the right location to catch ferry in port of Mallorca, Palma. I had to take taxi to catch the boat in different locations. I had to pay 19 Euro extra for taxi ride.

I paid 194 for a booking but unfortunately the ferry canceled due to bad weather and they only refunded me 94 euros. This is a fraud company making money like this and not giving customers money back. Never book from direct ferries.

hanno annullato il battello per skopelos, mai rimborsato. L'assistenza clienti non risponde, in una delle 10 email che ho mandato mi hanno risposto dicendo che mi hanno offerto una sistemazione temporanea nell'attesa di prendere il prossimo battello. Non è assolutamente vero. Ho dovuto pagare il prossimo battello a spese mie senza ricevere nessuna assistenza dal personale. Assolutamente non raccomandabile questa compagnia, oltre ad annullare il battello non ho ricevuto nemmeno il rimborso pagando oltretutto un'assicurazione per i rimborsi. Mai piu'
