I wish I’d read the reviews before booking with Direct ferries. My trip for 6 people was cancelled due to bad weather. It’s impossible to contact them for a refund. No customer service, just a ‘ chat’ line. I’ve sent several emails.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!
