They send me link to pay an additional fee \u00a340 with 6 hours. The day of travel they contact us to pay another extra additional fee \u00a336 to pay. I refused to pay extra additional fee and they send me cancellation email. So be careful to travel Direct ferry."

"We book a trip to Corsica via Direct Ferries. In the booking it states that we booked 4 beds, but we had to sleep on the floor and chairs as there were no cabins available. Apparently, this was the same for our return trip. So I treed to rebook this to another ferry. But Diect Ferries were too slow to arrange this as they can only be reached via (AI bot) chat function, and while waiting my refund payment declined to almost zero. I recommend everybody to check your best trip and book your trip directly with the operator. Much better service, fair treatment and less expensive"
