This company is a scam. I booked a ticket with “cancellation coverage”. Upon receiving the tickets, I realized there was no indication of where the ferry port is on the ticket or anywhere on the website. I cancelled the ticket (given it has coverage) and they only reimbursed me part of my money.
This company is a scam. I doubt the tickets I bought were even real. DO NOT USE.
