No phone number & No possibility to call
Not even an emergency number... Nothing !!
Contact portal on website not working at all.
No email. Contacted Brittany ferries to obtain email. Emailed them .NO REPLY !! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL !!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND STRESSFUL.
Now it's TOO LATE to change my booking.
Have to spend HUNDREDS on ANOTHER TICKET directly from Brittany ferries
