HORRIBLE company and a total rip off!
I cancelled the reservation within minutes when I realized they were charging hundreds of dollars more than the boat company. Direct Ferries says they are going to keep $101.23 of my money!
Totally unfair and unethical.
DO NOT do business with Direct Ferries.
