shocking experience trying to amend a booking with Direct Ferries for which I had paid an additional £30 to have the right to cancel. It was a complete rip off, and Direct Ferries were unhelpful - their customer service centre use email, so they deliberately ruin your holiday by making trying to change anything as drawn out and painful as possible
My advice - go directly to the ferry operator - as well as it being cheaper, it would be difficult ot get worse service!
