Very disappointing service from start to finish. Took about 3 weeks to get my tickets confirmed after multiple follow ups.That alone should have been a red flag. Then the week before our trip I received notification that our inbound ferry had been cancelled, with no explanation given as to why or course to rebook. I booked under the “Cancel for any reason” option and did get my ticket price back but not the service fee or money paid for the cancel for any reason option which I found very misleading. Seems like a scammy upsell, not a customer-friendly feature.Save yourself the hassle and book directly with the ferry companies. This site overpromises and underdelivers at every step.
